Cancellation/Deposit policy
Do you need to Reschedule or Cancel?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that it be done 24 hours before the appointment. Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited. Penalty for cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is half price (50%) of the service booked. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time.
ALL SERVICES – 24 Hours’ notice is needed to cancel and/or reschedule otherwise a $50 nonrefundable fee will be assessed.
MINI SERVICES – If you scheduled multiple mini services (more than 1), please indicate switch or all services to be rescheduled or cancelled. 24 Hours’ notice is needed to cancel and/or reschedule otherwise a $50 nonrefundable fee will be assessed.
We understand life happens and things out of our control arise; please notify the spa as soon as possible; to see if we can rebook you for another appointment; otherwise, a $50 nonrefundable fee will be assessed. This fee cannot be put towards a future service, and will be charged to the credit card on file at the missed appointment date and time. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
50% of the service is billed when scheduling the appointment (Website/In House). Scheduling deposit is required on any appointment 1 hour or more which will be applied towards your total the day of service.
A credit card is required to book all appointments & will be kept on file in a secure, encrypted location on your electronic account; for security and verification reasons, only the last four digits will be visible to staff.
Credit cards on file will be charged for service deposits and membership agreements. Credit cards on file will not be charged unless you do not abide by spa policy on cancellation and rescheduling rules.
There will be no refunds once the procedure/service has started (in progress) and/or is complete, at any time, no exceptions.
